create booking system ( for admin, workers and customers)

I need to create a bookingsystem for my photobuisness that can be used by administration, several photographers and clients.( By the way: the programmer may use other skills ( or programming languages) than the ones listed above) Layout and looks needs to be good and it should be easy to use for everyone ( good design and easy usersurface). I need automatic e-mails sent to all or optional when bookings are made. the photographers needs to be able to set wich days and times they are available manually. The programmer can speak english, but the user language will be norwegian ( eccept for the admin who may use english language) It must be so easy to change and operate that it can be used by administrator without having to ask programmer to make changes if prices ( for the photoservices) or other information are changed. There has to be individual logins for admin, photographers and clients.
