Automated English Translation to Existing Website Need

I have a website for pets accessories with 1251 Cyrillic encoding .

I need to add an option with enabled Eng flag for automated English translation:

OPTION 1: When the end user click on the ENG flag the page that the user is on must be translated.

OPTION 2: When you click on another inner link, the page must be translated automatically without having to click again on the ENG flag.

IMPORTANT:

- After each page translation, the translation from the page must be stored in a cached folder, for future translation calls and for faster accessing.

- The English page must be enabled for indexing by the search engines with the appropriate attributes, such as titles, alts, etc.

*** Google translation ( [url removed, login to view] ) is the smocking gun if you're able to remove the iframe above the website as well the option for adding appropriate translation .

*** Please note that I have the Website Translation Script located at: [url removed, login to view] The problem with that script is that the end user have to click on every page (or to click the Flag associated with the translation in order for the page to be translated), which sucks!
