Hiyah, I need a basic website that allows people to:
set up a profile with basic age/name/location details and thus be able to login
post pictures
comment on other pictures
the home page is poulated with thumbnails of the ten most popular pictures
no picture is live until it's been signed off by an administrator
google adsense content is displayed
images are tagged, named, categories are available
images are searchable or listable by date, category, keyword
users can add favourite images to their profile
users can directly message other users
