Basic simple website design

A basic website design for a Hypnotherapy practice. the design will need to be sliced, and uploaded to my FTP server. I have a basic idea of how i want the design to look already done. ## Deliverables Design, slicing and uploading required in Hypnosis & NLP niche using HTML *Overview:* I am looking for someone to design, slice, and upload (details to be given at end of project) a site for me in the clinicial therapy industry.. [login to view URL] (buttons & design are nice on here) [login to view URL] (This design is very nice) I would like the theme of the site to follow the colours: *white with black or grey writing - with 1 or 2 other colours for some words, only used occasionally - the colours should match the logo design.* The process we will go through is: First, after acceptance of the bid i will give you website name, logo concept, and all page headings. you will be getting the initial design mockup created for the site, this should happen within 3 days of acceptance of this bid. I will approve or give feedback 24 hours of you posting the first mockup. There will be no more than 3 total rounds of feedback/changes given unless the design is completely not like the examples listed above. Once the design has been accepted, you will slice up the template and upload to your own server for me to view initially, this should happen no longer than 48 hours after the design has been accepted. I will review the live site within 24 hours of you posting the link and if accepted, I will setup a separate ftp locked down to your username/password for you to upload and implement the design. *Project timeline and additional information:* The project should be completed in no more than 14 days after the project has been accepted. If I am more than 24 hours in my responses then the final timeframe will be extended by that period of time that I don’t respond, greater than 24 hours. I am very prompt with payment, and clear with communication and detailed in what I expect. *How the site should be designed:* When submitting your initial design work, please submit as a .psd and .png. Also, unless specified otherwise, also submit a transparent background version. When submitting the URL please check to make sure they are correct and accurate and all associated links are correct. Please provide your best work for this project (also ensure the viewing quality is set to high) as I am expecting to do more designs in the near future. *Further information:* When posting to this bid, please provide: A sample of your design work that is 100% original and done by you And answer this question for me: Are you willing and able to do more work once this project is complete, if yes, what is your monthly capacity (how many can you do of this sort of quality on a monthly basis) please answer this question directly or your bid will be ignored. Also, the website should be optimized for SEO including header & title tags, metadata, google analytics etc.. I will provide most of the content for this website. it will need a simple page where people can purchase a product online via any medium that is easiest (shopping cart, paypal) It will include a contact page, where the person can submit an enquiry to the webmaster (myself) and that enquiry is automatically forwarded to my inbox (this is probably a simple PHP script) It should have a page where people can have a reciprocal linking option with me. if possible i would like the index page to have a little javascript that shows a box that has a rotating dynamic changing veiw of different 'testimonials'.
