[login to view URL] Basically the design and look of above web site is not good. But we need a very good look for our website. This is one of the inner pages. The home page you develop for us will have all condo names as links, may be at bottom of the page in footer. 1)Need a completely HTML website prefered. 2)Each URL has to be the name of the apartment building.(for seo purposes) 3)The names of the apartment buildings must be on the Left hand side as above web page mentioned which would be links and open the respective page for the apartment building. 4)Each apartment detail page will have a description Table as given in the example word file. 5)Each apartment detail page will have a contact Form, which when filled in send us an email with the apartment name in the body of email. we will send you the fields of the form which need to be their. The contact form needs to have a spam protection captcha. The form fields needs validations , error messages and good hover effects. 6) Their are about 35-40 Apaartment buildings and hence about 35- 40 pages on website. Basically its simple you will be using 1 template for all pages, Once the template is designed you just have to fill in the template. 7) The Apartment page will have 1 Picture, which when hovered will show a bigger picture popped up. 8) Entire website needs to be css / HTML DIV based . No using of TABLES allowed. 9) More creative ideas from your side are welcome. 10) you need to create the logo, banner all graphics. 11) we will provide you with the apartment bldg photos, name, description. We are paying not more than $125 for this website. To get the Work please bid accordingly to our mentioned amount or the bid will be ignored. We will provide $30 as first milestone and $95 after completion of work and removing any bugs if any and making changes if required. We prefer when you bid you please create a mock up / screenshot of the design you are going to create . so we know the quality of the design. Gives more changes to win the bid. This will be ongoing work we will be providing. Once you do this their will be some changes you would need to make initially at no charge. The site need to be completed within 12 days after awarding the project. Thanks.
