Billing & Invoice System

We are looking for a talented individual to design and develop a billing system for our online SaaS application. Here's a quick view of what we need done: 1) Shopping cart 2) Enter payment details page 3) Verify order 4) View/print/email PDF invoice 5) Admin tool to update the invoice 6) Ability to create discounts **NOTE: This project requires some UI design as we are looking for inline editing of information and ajax calls wherever possible, no static pages! You do not need to visually design the pages however, a black and white page with basic HTML is fine, so long as the javascript UI works well. We will make the project look good once it is complete :) We require you to possess strong PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript (with Dojo) knowledge to complete this task. We also ask that the MVC programming pattern be used at all times w/ complete documentation throughout. You must use “best practices” whenever possible such as using getter and setter methods, clear separation of concerns between methods etc. We want quality and are willing to pay more for good work.
