Build my Contact Form - Expert needed!

Hello Freelancers! Looking for a Contact Form expert to build our custom contact form. We have already created all the design for the form and will provide you will all the PSD files. Please see attached images - this will show you exactly what we are looking for. The design and contact form are clean and simple. As you can see from the attached images we would like an accordion contact form (expanding content). Timeframe and Budget options will adjust based on what the user selects from the services option. There should be an Error message if user does not complete the Contact Form correctly and completely. There should be a Confirmation message displayed if the user completes the form correctly and hits the submit button. within the same area (not a new window) after user enters the information. Must be coded in Xhtml/CSS strict and validate (no errors!). Buttons and Icons will all have hover state. All the social icons will open a new window.
