Change Site Theme and Adding New Feature

I have this site called [url removed, login to view] and want to edit the theme to look exactly like this site [url removed, login to view] And I want the sign in page to look like [url removed, login to view] . And sign up page like this [url removed, login to view] and both sign in and sign up should have the "sign up with facebook" button and the header to be changed to look like the one here [url removed, login to view] and adding the buttons from my header to it. also the small feature is a pop up page that says please like us on facebook to continue to the main page, and if they liked it already, it just takes them to the main/home page. and this other feature i wanted to add is they get paid to share the images with a limit of 5 a day. And they have a balance in their account which they can check out every month.

I also dont have that big of a budget. Thanks
