Check php page divs for change, fetch items edit and publish

I have a simple page that i need checked everyday for changes. Content is in very clean <Div= sections. if there is a change, i want script to dump old and fetch new code and publish in php. Once code is fetched, there are changes to be made to code such as , Remove all images hosted at an [login to view URL]* and Remove all links which start with the word "CREATE" Then replace all links in the code from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] This will be located at a page which will be [login to view URL] Will pay 10 usd for it. script is simple. Will give additional php work to fill 30 usd minimum.
