Idea:
* The website will work exactly like [login to view URL] for tax forms and [login to view URL] for law forms.
* Users will be given a free period of use at the beginning for signing up to the website and then they will be charged either on a per-use basis or monthly basis after the free period.
* [login to view URL] will be the automated Engineering Report website for Building Code and NFPA reports.? The Building Code and NFPA codes are simply rules on how to safely build a building to keep the building occupants safe from fire and smoke.?
Requirements:
1.? The User must be able to login to a professional looking website with a cart for charging the user for access to the report.
2.? The website must track users' access.
3.? The website must have an error blog or error tracking section of some sort that is smoothly integrated into the website.
4.? The website must manage the Engineering Report Form. ?
5.? The website must manage different version of the Engineering Report Form.
6.? The User will start with the report form and will start editing sections.?
7.? There must be a way to completely remove section of the report.? A +/- expand section would probably work.
8.? The report must be easily exported to MS Word or GDOCs.? Alternatively a copy + paste option could be used if it kept the formatting correctly.
9.? The user must be able to easily save the Engineering Report form to the website for later access and reload of the session.
10.? The Report has to be able to do simple math functions, table lookups from a MYSQL DB, must handle 3 dimensional arrays or a work around for a 3 dimensional array.? ?
11.? There will be 100s of IF statements that I will be building custom based on the Building Code requirements.?
12.? I have several tricky problems and table lookups that I will need help with answering on a semi-periodic basis.? Many of the techniques will get repetitive but everytime I come across a new situation I have to figure out how to do it.? I expect I will need 2-3 hours of advice per week for 4 months.?
## Deliverables
<[login to view URL]>? is the report.? You go through 8 pages of questions and then it prints the report.
