Convert Design into Wordpress with custom navigation

We have a design that we need put into a wordpress website while keeping all of wordpress functionality. The categories will drop down to show links when you click on a category, only when you are on that category. Pages and Blog Posts should be added to menus when you add them in the admin, and you should be able to assign them to different categories. * Convert Design into the Wordpress Software as displayed * The three main categories that have colored bars should be closed when on the homepage * When you click on a colored category on the left hand side, it should be the only section to drop down and show the links when you are in the category. It should stay open when on any page under that category. * HTML links in the drop downs should still be in a hidden div when you are not on the category so they still provide search value. * The horizontal navigtion at the top will be wordpress pages * The community section will always stay open. * When adding a page, you should be able to choose one of the categories on the website we have layed out. * Wordpress Pages will be used for all sections except for "Articles and Blog". This will be wordpress Posts. * The banner under the horizontal navigation will be added by us to the HTML on the individual pages. * Videos section will be static html. It is still the same concept but the homepage they will all be open. When you click on a link under a main category, all other categories will collapse except the category you are on.
