Count Up Ticker Add On

I have a ticker website? ([login to view URL]) and I would like a ticker that counts indefinately? **from** a date a user imputs. Currently all my tickers count down to a date.

Its just a general ticker (not a pregnancy or anything that uses certain date info) adn no graphics are required.

All the basic coding is there all that? is needed is way it counts changed. It currently uses Smarty.
