Feature requirements will be very much like 'Retail Me Not (dot) com', therefore being familiar with that site will provide plenty of detail as to this project's requirements. Admin tool must be clean and intuitive to allow complete customization. The project focus will be on the code not the front end design (while open to suggestion, that is taken care of).
