Creative Web Designer For Small Web Project

I have already recruited a php / mysql programmer so your job is the front end ... the design of the site.

While you will not be responsible for the programming of the site it would be helpful if you can undestand some php in order to work with the php programmer.

This project is for a site that will work as a web folder which can be shared by the owner.

For example, a person signs up on the site (userx) and he creates a folder (hw_folder) and assigns it a 7 char long key (15d3fdx). He then shares that folder with 20 friends by providing their email and forwarding them the key to the folder. When his friends come to the site, they type in their email and the 7 char key and they gain access to the folder.

you do not have to worry about the coding ... your job is to design a kick ass, low graphic, interface for the users and the administrator. this is a work in progress but the idea is solid. please see the attached ppt file for a very high level explanation of the site.

you will design the general web site (what normal everyday visitors will see) as well as the functional part of the web site (what users will see once they log in or visit the site to retrieve and upload files)

We expect the site to be built using css and xhtml for the latest versions of ie and firefox.

Please do not bid if you are not a css / xhtml / javascript / fireworks or photoshop / flash guru

Please do not bid if you are working on other projects and cannot devote time to this project.
