Custom Joomla Component Needed

I need the ability to have others sell my product by coming to my site (built on the Joomla CMS) registering as a user, and creating a "sale". Their sale will consist of a title for the sale, a description of the sale, a begin date and an expiration date for the sale, options to choose whether to ship all sold items on the expiration of the sale, as the items are sold, or in lots as thresholds are met, like, when 1000 pieces are sold, ship the 1000 pieces. I need to be able to set the threshold, not the user. Buyers would come to the sale page, and if they choose to buy the product, it should work like any typical online transaction, and payments will be processed through paypal or google checkout. I need all purchases to be printable by me, online, and also emailed to me in a printable format. Included in the printable version should be the title of the sale, the description of the sale, and the buyer's name and address at the bottom, in a format I will describe in more detail to the chosen coder. This component needs to be compatible with Joomla 1.0.X and Joomla 1.5.
