Custom Shopping cart in php/mysql

I need a custom shopping cart that's capable of maintaining a small number of products (around 10, though it will normally be less), and a small number of "upsell products" (again, around 10), and handling online sales. I'd like the cart designed using php, with a minimum of javascript. The cart needs the following features, please ask about any other details. The cart does not need any payment modules, but will need to be able to transmit the orders in a nightly batch, uploaded via a tab delimited file uploaded to a server. The cart will need to be able to track affiliate IDs associated with individual sales. Order numbers should not simply be incremented. I'd like them datestamped to. So when I place an order on october 8, 2005, the order should start 20051008, further numbers to avoid duplicates would of course be required... The "upsell product" is going to be upsell opportunities that are presented to the client while they are in the middle of checkout (also needing image, description, product code, price). When the "upsell" products are being displayed to the client, there should be the posibility for showing a small button that will allow the buyer to skip all other "upsells". There should be a switch in the administration panel that turns this button on and off The administrative interface should have the ability to manage the products, manage the upsells, manage the shipping options, manage the sales, and manage the "batch" file generation/uploading. Most of all this cart needs to be flexible. It needs to be designed with maintanence and alterations in mind, so that in the future coders can clearly and easily see what's going on. I know that this is a very incomplete project specification, but it's what I've got so far (some further specs are in the attached .doc). Please post *any questions that you have*, I'm interested in working with a coder to flesh this out and have the project finished in about two weeks from when I choose a bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
