I need an exact clone of functionality of this script.

Twist is that i want it to work in wordpress, either as a plugin or however it is you have to do it.
The only small differences i want in the script is
After you push SAVE i want it to right their as AJAX or take you to a page where it gives you the Direct Image Link, and a Forum Embed Code with the image URL inputed. Also after the user has pushed submit, the system will take the image they made and publish it as a single blog post in word press to show up on the front page. Posts should be moderated before they go live.
Budget is around 100 dollars, the cheaper the bid the more chance of winning.
