Customize WordPress Plugin - JS & PHP

I am using a slightly customized version of this plugin: [login to view URL] You can see a screenshot of this working here: [login to view URL]~sharedgr/GeneralGraphics/[login to view URL] I need this plugin modified to do the following: The first and last items should not be visible (can identify by page ID), but they must always remain the first and last Only 5 main items should be possible. The link to "Add as a subpage" should not be visible on these main 5 items If someone tries to drag one of the sub-pages to the main level, an error should be displayed (Only the 5 main items should be possible) If someone tries to drag one of the main items inside of another main item, an error should be displayed (there must be 5 main items) This is a diagram of the changes: [login to view URL]~sharedgr/GeneralGraphics/[login to view URL] I need this done FAST and accurately. I will send you a zip file with my copy of the plugin. You must modify it on your own server and make it work correctly then send it back to me as a zip file. I want all modifications to be within this plugin only.
