Customized Web-based Jabber XMPP client based on Candy or Jappix

Looking for a quick, custom version of Candy or Jappix. We already have a jabber server, and BOSH is already running and functioning.

We'd prefer to have this built on Candy if possible.
We have functioning LDAP server already as well, some members are part of the "employees" group, some are part of "managers" group.
Here is the functionality we are after:
-auto-join chat rooms at login
-employees cannot message other employees privately.
-managers can private message anyone
So to recap, we have BOSH running, we have LDAP server, and we already have functioning Jabber server. This is strictly for a web-based XMPP implementation.
