Design A Web Application

We need a beautiful and modern design for our Real Estate Application. Here are the sites that we like: **[login to view URL]** (login data prefilled, just click login) **and** **[login to view URL]** You can bid either on phase 1, or on both phases 1 and 2 of this work: 1) Phase 1: Design of the application, which means the design of entire website, as well as User Interface elements such as menus, dropdown menus, buttons, tables, forms, tooltips and checkboxes. Deliverables of this phase are PSDs or other format of source graphic files we come to an agreement with you. Please bid for homepage web design, 10 icons design and all listed UI elements design. We will share more details with finalist bidders, and work with you to agree on final bid once you see the full scope of the work. We are flexible on payment, but demanding on quality, so please share with us your related portfolio and your initial bid and we'll go from there. 2) Phase 2: Slicing the design, and building a working prototype of the application (but with dummy data, no server side or database programming). This is HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery work, where you take a ready made design, and make it into a living prototype, similar to example 1 of above posted links. We are flexible on payment, but demanding on quality, so please share with us your related portfolio and your initial bid and we'll go from there. Please bid for slicing ready made design, and turning it into 60 similar but different HTML5/JavaScript/jQuery pages. Please note do you bid for just Phase 1, or both Phases 1 and 2.
