You will make a small change to my swf flash file. The problem is that the flash keeps "loading and playing" every time the page changes because I am using the animation as my page header. I only want it to load ONE time every hour. So you will have to change the flash to read/write a cookie or use session variable to make sure that the animation only "animates" once every hour. Also the "sound" will only play once every hour. In other words, the first time the page loads it should play the full flash animation. The second time and all other times it should not play the ENTIRE animation, it should just do a very small naimation when rollover the buttons.
