coding of a foto gallery

hello there... i need a coder to do a "foto-gallery" for me. to be installed on his server serving as a databank. a good option, i think, is to create a very own theme for GALLERY2 ([login to view URL]). if you have other suggestions or ways of coding this, please let me know. in terms of funcionality, what i need is the following (backend) : - possibility to create diferent users with password-login with different acces to diferent folders/parts of the site - possibility to create a structure with submenu, folders and subfolders all individually accessible - possibility to upload files (large files) into that folders via interface / title and subtitle them and give each foto rights of acess - possibility to create a small preview for that files (jpg, tif, pdf, ai, eps.. etc) - possibility to choose which folder(s) / picture(s) are to be shown at the homepage for the users of the site the following has to be possible (frontend): - possibility to login (after i sent him the password and login) - possibility preview and access the folders / fotos i allow him to access - possibility to download thoses individually or the complete folder after clicking "accept terms and conditions" notes: - have a look at the structure and the raw design i made for funcional understanding. - i need my design and the funcions perfectly working - i need the whole thing to be installed at your server for development and funcion testing and then finally installed on 2 diferent servers of mine if you are able to create such a system, or if you have worked with GALLERY 2 already please show me references of work done. thank you
