The site also features a shuffle feature, where a fixed quantity of the online users appear. I want a site just like this (excepting the "pay to appear in homepage" feature and the Facebook login), so you have to try the original site before doing it. It should have every feature that website has. The budget limit is small as the website is really simple. Features include: Shuffle feature in homepage (for unlogged users) and below profile page. Easy profile creation, with profile link for sharing with users. Anonymous chat with users who enter via that link. Profile description and avatar edition (like [login to view URL], on top of profile page). Crossbrowser compatibility (desktop and android/iphone if possible). ALSO, should give the users the option to open another chat tab, which would be a public chat tab, where all his visitors can chat with him together. (this is not on the original site) Good luck.
