Configure Joomla Webpages

We are launching a new Distance Learning college. We need our Joomla website configuring. We have chosen a template called Chepalco and have designed the layout and how we want it to function on some PSDs. We want the modules and extensions configuring to work as the design suggests, we have some basic skills, but we realise it will be more efficient to get an expert to organise the templates. The job is as follows: - Create 3 page templates with Chepalco theme (Home page, course page and generic information page) to our design specification. - Install and configure an eCommerce extension, we are open to suggestions in terms of what that extension should be. - Install and configure an Instant Chat extension. - Install and configure a Support Ticketing extension. I have uploaded a PNG to provide an idea of how the site will look and the extensions/modules required. I will share the full designs and specifications with the winner. This is quick and simple work for someone with the skills and we anticipate building a relationship for future work as the business develops.
