Costum fields to Jcomments and filter emails

Hi,
I have a Joomla site with jcomments and I need 2 modifications:
1. To be able to add custom fields to the comments (like the name, country, title of the person commenting).
2. To be able to only alow people with company emails to add comments (meaning that people with yahoo or gmail emails won't be able to comment, but people with their only company emails like abc@soni@com will be able to comment).
