504395 Wordpress or joomla site page

I need to create a site page only with the functionality of this link [login to view URL] Please go to this page and click the Visitation link in menu at top and that page is what I need to be able to have. I need to know if this can be done on a Wordpress site or Joomla CMS. I will design the site etc but will need only this functionality to be done whether is is addon ons for WP or component/module for Joomla. The user must be able to leave comments and sign the guest book. I will need to have ability to upload additional profiles for the visitations with the picture and info like you see on the site. Also click the button on left that says Don't See You Loved One Listed. I need that function also and the previous visitations at the bottom right functionality.
