design e-card template with functionalities (flipcard open)

I am look for someone to design and develop an e-card template for me. I need to be able to open the file and "Save As" a new file over and over.

The template's design and functionality must include:

* Cover page - with the ability to enter text (fonts, colours, font size, etc)

* Flip page open to double page spread - with the ability to enter text (fonts, colours, font size, etc). Enter photos, logos, website links, shadow effect and rotate. Paper colour shades, paper stock hues (if possible).

* Flip to back page: with the ability to enter text (fonts, colours, font size, etc), logos, website links.

* Icon to indicate to drag or click the pages open and return.

* Background page: translucent almost with the ability to enter text (fonts, colours, font size, logos, etc) - almost as a watermark.

* Once new file is made by me. I will sent onto recipient who will then forward it onto multiple recipients - so the card file I send needs to be compatible with most systems' email/inboxes... windows, mac, iPhone, iPad, Android.

* Would like the file to appear in the email message on opening the message - not a file to click open after.
