Asterisk dialer program for appointment confirmations(repost)

I have a text file that will contain: patient name, appointment date, appointment time, patient year of birth, and doctor’s name. Web interface (apache) where a person logs in with a user/pass & brings them to a page that has the following options: Upload new call list, Status of call list, Call List results, and record outgoing messages. Upload new to browse their PC for the text file and select outgoing announcement to use from drop down. They should be able to schedule it to start now or at a future day/time from an easy format selection (all in EST). There should be a spot to email the results when finished. Status of call list will let them know how many calls were made and how many are left Call list results will have a list of dated call lists that are complete. Download the results or delete them. If they download the results the text file or CSV file will have a list of patient names and if they are confirmed, change time, cancel, or left message. not enough room here, check deliverables for the rest please!!! Asterisk version is 1.2 and CANNOT be upgraded ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Record outgoing message will have the ability for the user to record an announcement and give it a name (this for different announcements for different doctors). They should be able to delete or rename these files. To record the message they should be prompted for their extension number or phone number and it should dial and record their message and a # when finished. They should be able to play the wave file from the page so they can preview it. Once uploaded or the start time is reached, the Asterisk box will dial through the list. It must first check that there is at least 2 trunks free before making each call, any less, have it wait until at least 2 are available and then dial using only 1 trunk and when the call is picked up (in the recorded announcement) they will note 1 to accept appointment, 2 to reschedule, and 3 to cancel. If a voicemail is reached the msg should be played and should be noted in the log file that it was an answering machine and not a person. When complete, the results file should be emailed to the person who uploaded the list (and they can login and get results as well). The admin section should allow for creating/deleting/password change users for the web login as well as view their password so we can login and troubleshoot. ONLY final testing is allowed on this server, all testing should be done on your box and needs to work with Fonality and Trixbox versions of Asterisk. I can provide both when done. ## Platform Asterisk version 1.2 on Fonality PBxtra running Linux. Cannot be upgraded to newer version
