Bourne shell script style guide

Create a style guide for Bourne shell scripts (#!/bin/sh). The style guide shall address **at minimum** the following topics, with clearly marked right/wrong examples:

* White space around all operators and builtins (including position of braces, punctuation, etc.)

* Variable and function naming conventions

* Indentation

* Line length

* Comment styles (how to align, where to place comments, single line and multi-line comments, etc.)

* How to call other shell scripts

As a rough guideline, the style guide should be about 3-6 pages long.

## Deliverables

Complete style guide, as described above, in Word format, using standard multi-level headings (Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3), and a separate style for Preformatted Text for code examples. No font-level formatting besides bold and italics--everything must be done with styles.

Must be written in clear English.

1. I want a complete first draft within 3 days, which I will then review, and request revisions.

2. You will produce a 2nd draft that incorporates all of my feedback from the 1st draft

3. Upon review, I may ask for a 3rd draft to fix any minor remaining issues

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
