Business Directory Locator with Google Maps Integration

I need the following done for a new website 1. User puts his current location (street address, city) and it will search the database for the closest businesses found (5km radius). 2. Website will list all businesses near by and along with the a text listing the business will be displayed on a Google Maps window directly integrated into site through Google Maps API. 3. User can click on businesses name and will be taken to a page with more info. This page will display information about the business, ie description, location, etc. 4. User will be able to create an account and rate (Yes/No) and leave a comment on the business. The backend for the user will be very simple, just edit personal info and upload avatar. 5. Programmer will also have to create a simple admin backend where admin can add a new business to the database. The site will be similar to [login to view URL], but with the very basic features. Programmer is free to use any open source CMS like drupal or framework if it makes things easier. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php, google maps, linux
