I require a total re-write, design, and development of a secure communication system utilizing Ruby and Ruby on [login to view URL] include email type internal messaging system, with ability to attach files and send to other users, save in folders, delete,, and reply. ALso instant messenger with buddy list and all buddy list features ,editor, emoticons, and the ability to transfer files to other users thru the IM box. Must also be able to tag and save IMs. A " who is on line" feature, invite a friend and other features include calendar, sticky notes,and a user media jukebox (upload, download, and play functions.
