Custom Php script

Hello Programmer! I want a php custom script that carries out these functions: I have a simple web page where there is a form that it demands the email of the customer. 1- When the customer writes its email this comes put in a database 2- This email serves for log in one special page. Naturally the email must be verified before working. 3- In the special page there are 10 links and the customer must to click one by one 4- Every click opens one new page of destination and in this page there is one timer to x time 5- Passed x time it can click the 2 link and therefore via until the tenth one 6- Once to click all and the ten link it is approached to a special page that must be caught up only in this way and not directly. 7- In this special page a link is found in order to make to download a software. This link will have to be always various in order not to allow nobody to download the software directly without before is log in and without before to have click all and the ten link. 8- An email must allow of log in only 1 time every x days This is what I want! Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
