Data Upload System

I need a simple system to import data into a mysql database. Attached is an html example of the php interface I need. The default table dropdown list is populated by the names of the tables in the mysqldatabase. Dropdown lists are generated below according to the numbe rof fields in the slected table. The dropdown lists (1-80 shown in example) are then populated by the fields from the table selected in the default table dropdown. Then upon matching the fields using (1-80 shown in example) to the columns in the data needing to be uploaded, the Delimiter is set, a file is selected either locally or on the server and the import button is pressed. Once the data is imported a report page comes up and reports what was imported and what was not. Keep in mind the attached html example is ONLY an example and not a working page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Interface must be compatable with IE and Netscape on Mac and PC platforms. The php is being served on a linux UNIX server.
