Diagnose problem getting php script to work

I use SitebuilderElite3 to build adsense sites

I have used this software to build sites successfully

on other hosting accounts like vodahost with no problems

I now want to use HeartInternet but although the

[url removed, login to view] opens into the site configuration no problem

and after entering the keywords chosen and clicking "Build site"

The software as usuall reports building X amount of pages

and submits the site automatically to search sites

When You visit the URL in this case

[url removed, login to view]

There is no page showing

( Composting being the directory the Built site is in )

I have been in contact with the owner of the software who feels it is the hosting acounts restrictions that are causing the problem

An excellent video by Gary on the sales page explains how the software is used

Heart Internet say the script should work and that My software supplier should be able to identify the problem

I am hoping that one of you guys can diagnose the problem for me

I will send you a copy of all the communications between

Both my hosting providor and Gary Nugent to assist in the diagnoses

I will also setup a new site on one of my domains for trying to solve

this problem with a username and password for access as if you were the owner
