Customize Mageworx custom options

We have a website that uses Mageworx advanced custom options, which works great for us but we need it customized so that when you change the quantity it dynamically changes the options that have percentages. i.e 1000 = $100 plus option A 10% plus option B 15% change to 2000 = $200 plus option A 10% (of 200) etc. Currently Magento only seems to calculate % for the options on the base quantity. We have another extension that does this but we want to use Mageworx which is already installed. Please only quote if you can do this, we can send a link to an example of where it works using the other extension so you can see what it does. Currenty custom options can be see at [login to view URL] Please ask questions to be clear on the scope of this requirement.
