Android application on Smarthome application

I want to develop an Android application to integrate with various hardware and forming a security system. It consist of 3 parts: a. Android Tablet server application - I will pale an android tablet in the home to act as a android server. The tablet will integrate with RF gateway which this gateway will received RF signal and transmit to the android tablet via tcp through local wifi. The tablet app will consolidate the RF gateway and also the Ip camera and perform a P2P link to the user applications. The tablet will log all events, ie Alarm, Arm, Disarm, trigger events with date and time, camera Ip, sensors ID and etc b. Cloud server - This server will connect between the android server application and the user application becuase this 2 devices do not have fixed IP. IP may change when user mobile move or internet connection is reconnected as these devices are normally on dynamic IP. The applications will update cloud server (fixed IP) on the new IP to enable these 2 application (android server and user application) to be connected. b. User application - A scale down of table server application limited to viewing only. Does not have the authority to make sensor pairing and etc. Pls check documents for details. I will furnish the hardware protocol (RF gateway and IP camera protocol) on the bidding is awarded. I will need a full time commitment on this project and please give accurate time line.
