App Front end, Website backend

I need an app that allows user to enter description details of a property(house) and when entered it saves to a website. The website will also be functionabke like the app, so when a user enters the address of the property on either app or website, it will populate the information entered. The details required in an app will be discussed with the selected client. Please send me a list of your completed projects including links.
