Bookin of equipment

This application will start out small but need to have the capacity to grow into a full working working platform. We also visit customers houses for maintenance and this process will have to added in weeks to come. but first this. We want to book appliances or equipment in for repairs. And the application will have to keep us up to date on the process. Administrator: Greate users/ Create different appliances for repair / reports on how many repairs on spcific appliances between surtain dates. Normal user Login with a main menu, Collect new client details or look up existing details / Create jobcard. / collect appliance details. Print 2 copies (Receipt printer) one for client and one for office with all info with refrence numbers. The user who booked the job must receive a email after 2 days to remind to follow-up on job. And everyday thereafter untill the job has been signed of by the user who was assigned the job who booked it in.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

PHP / MYSQL This will be installed on the companies web server, please insure the security hosted by a 3rd party. The support PHP/ MYSQL. I would like to upload everything and install from the web. I.e visit the [url removed, login to view] file and run from there. Internet exporer and FIrefox
