I have a wordpress site where the theme is already installed and the header and footer are complete. In the body area of each page there is a static jpg image that shows the content. I need the content of the jpg to be turned into css / html while keeping the same look. There are 4 pages total. Also there is a 2 step form on the homepage that needs to be programmed with a plugin or however you want to do it. The full form is on another page without steps. The theme is a repsonsive wordpress theme so i would like the content to be responsive as well.
