Chatroom accounts

Im looking for coder who can create (or use actually written code) of chatrooms website. It should be very similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] so webmasters can create accounts and then generate chatroom link. Each user(account owner) should be able to: 1. delete attendees and messages 2. ban and kick attendees 3. turn off/on with one click option to write messages. 4. set "sandbox" mode so only he will see what others are write (and then accept or reject messages shown on public stream) 5. option to close room and logout all attendees. 6. it should be required to login using name and email (two types of authorization, plain using text fields and facebook login) 7. there should be option to add additional moderators 8. all emails and names of attendees who logged to chatroom should be easy to export in .txt file in panel. 9. attendees should be invited to address like [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: 1) You must focus on performance. If chatroom will be visited by 3.000 attendees in one time (they will chat during an live event like concert), it should use optimized resources. 2) Remember that there will be many account owners which can create their rooms. One owner should be able to create max 10 rooms. Limits per room: 3000 attendees. I dont need backend admin panel to control all account owners or chatrooms. Please bid with your price and time
