Create a POS and Inventory System for a Franchisebased company

We currently have a Central Point of Sale System and Inventory system that is also attached to shopify Webshops via API. We are a Swiss company with 7 Franchise stores one warehouse. We use this POS for our central distribution of Spareparts, whith which are franchise partners are supplied. Besides that each franchisee will enter the made sales in their user account on the POS. Our central Website [login to view URL] takes the prices from this POS system via JSON trough a Rest Service. So once we change prices in the POS, Prices on the Website [login to view URL] are changed as well on our shopifystore www.supplyrevolution.ch. The POS has the ability to calculate Franchise royalties based on products and category. Wen want to basically clone the system with some tweaks, but our current software partner is too slow for the task and also too expensive. therefore we want a custom solution. we are looking for a long term partner who can provide us with a similar system and help us to make changes and alterations whenever we need them to be done.
