Create member area panel with difference functionalities

We are in the devlopment stages of creating our dating website. Currently my site [login to view URL] has no member control panel. We need a basic member area panel created. 1) Member area panel should include ability for user to search users (we already have over 2000 female women...) 2)Ability for user to upload picture of themselves (a thumbnail should show and WARNING stating they have not uploaded a picture 3)Member Inbox, send/recoieve functionality for sending and recieveing messages, you should ensure a working messaging system is workable, e.g if you login as the female user and message the guy they should recieve the message, the same should be said for a femal user that logs in and recieves messages from thw guys.... 4) if the user has not confirmed there email address then it should give them a warnign statign this 5)All users that are female shoudl be ''forced'' to appear online there shoudld be 50 females displayed within the control panel area.
