Create simple CSV call log parser

I need to create a very simple call log parser. I have 8 months worth of calls logs in CSV format. I need a php/mysql program that take a list of contacts and match the phone numbers to the call logs so I can gather data of the calls. 1) Upload/Import a CSV "Contacts" file to store the name, company name, and phone number and save into MYSQL database 2) Import & parse multiple CSV files with call logs to database and have it store the following: - Phone Number - Date & Time of call - Duration/length of call Then a very SIMPLE php page to display the following statistics: - Total # of calls to/from each phone number - Total duration/call to/from each phone number - Match phone number to name and/or company name whenever possible See the attached CSV files that I will be using.
