Custom Multi-Site CMS Needed

I currently own over 1,000 domain names and am in need of a custom CMS that will allow me to control all of the websites from a single interface. I need the code base to be able to be stored in a single location on my Linux based server, running Apache, PHP, and MySQL, rather than having to make a copy of the code base and store it on each individual site. I also need to have the ability to share content (such as a set of links, a table with regularly updated information, a phone number, etc) to any of the websites. I would like the ability to have multiple templates to choose from as well, with the ability to modify the template's content from within the CMS interface. It would also be a huge plus if cacheing was built in, so that I may run many websites from a single database without the server constantly starving for ram. I am not a programmer myself, so I would like this to be a very easy to use CMS and not extremely technical, like Drupal. I know there are many CMS solutions out there that may allow me to do what I requested, but I have not found one that I like as of yet, as well as I would like one that is unique and not a code base that every single hacker under the sun knows about. I have no idea what price to put on this sort of project, however I am very willing to work with you. I have been a business man for 50+ years, so don't hesitate to ask. I just want something that works, as my son and I have been trying to make these websites profitable for 15 years, and while they have made their fair share of money, it has been very difficult to manage them without a CMS that just works.
