Data Scrape Yahoo Finance Message Boards -- 2

I need someone with some experience with scraping data from Yahoo Finance message boards and presenting it in a usable fashion. I want to be able to get to information being shared about a stocks movement as people are talking about it. We would need to scrape all the data and sort it in a way that will allow me to go through it in a timely manner.

I want this done ASAP by someone who knows how to do it.

I need you to tell me the best way to do it, because I don't know how.

Script follows feeds, collects mentions
Add twitter mentions count on our table
Add twitter mentions sorting weight to sorting algorithm

Integrate industry chart from www.finviz.com
Scrape financeyahoo for industries
Scrape finivz.com to get all industry chart links, assosiate with companies in DB
Encode usernames
Tracking
Select on a symbol, and we can select specific period to see all mentions during that time.
Search to start
after log-in a Scan or search button to start the scrpaer
Big button to imitate that user initiated the scan
Admin panel
Users as datatable (search / sort)
Change user’s password from admin backend
