Dev with great ideas - repost

I am looking for a developer that is self motivated to work on a project and can stick to a deadline. I use a bug tracker online to submit features and bugs I find (that I will give you access too). With that being said, I am looking for a developer to build a relationship with and lead by example (provide suggestions and input to the project) I have project that is currently online and is a work in progress (user/map based review system). The website has some bugs that need fixing, implementation so it works correctly on mobile devices as well as implementation of new feature requests. I am happy to share the website privately. I will ask for an estimate of hours to complete the mobile website, and I will use freelancer hours tools. Please submit 3 of your best and innovative works in bidding. DO NOT submit a copy and paste script, it will be ignored.
