Creation/customisation of CRM (or similar) to take messages from a Salesforce Feed and display on system. - repost

I have a client who is looking for the following works We are looking for looking. For a CRM to be either bailout from scratch or customised that will take a feed from Salesforce and display it on an "alert" screens. The pages are: 1. Login that is co-branded 2. Hierarchical display of client, client (2), customer and user 3. Individual user/client screen 4. Alert screen with the latest communication going to the top, an alert tone to sound on the users device. 5. A map showing the location of the user, with the ability to place a note showing outcome. 6. Export to excel or some other general software menu of events/users/use/timings etc. This CRM should have a admin section that can appoint users and their levels, all events on the system, failures and all logs. We have commission a similar system and know this will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for one developer, of course the more developers, the quicker the development. This contract will turn into a maintenance contact if you should wish, having more hours as my clients business builds. This will be paid on a retention and hourly, subject to negotiation. The language is English, but in time will require other languages. Do not apply if you have no experience and at least five successful references in this style of work.
