Add 4 columns to customer page in Oscommerce Admin

I would like 4 additional columns added in to the Customers page in my OsCommerce web site. The site is version 2.3.3 and I will provide my current page as a base because it has a minor modification already making it display a set number of lines. So all I need someone to do is to add in the following columns:
Last login (date DD/MM/YYY)
# of Logins (number ie 36)
Phone number
Country
They all need to be columns that can be sorted ascending or descending like the existing default columns. Other than that I would like the spacing of the columns to look tidy.
I need you to develop it in your environment as I cannot give access to our server, but when the page is completed you supply the page for me to test and then we can call the job completed.
Please see attached our current admin/[url removed, login to view] file that needs the modification.
