CMS for News Website

I need a CMS (preferring Open Source) with some custom additions: 1. There needs to be an image gallery where all pictures for the news posts can be uploaded and every picture has a description and tags. When writing a newspost, the editor needs a popup-window where he/she can search for an picture. 2. On the main page there has to be a kind of picture menu, where the pictures linking to the articles can be added by drag'n'drop (ajax). 3. I18N - The cms must be able to handle the content in 8 languages (with clean urls) 4. On the visitor's view there should be some kind of fulltext-search. 5. Articles and the startpage should be pre-editable for a specific time (For example: A new entry gets submitted by an author today, and he sets the publishing date/time on tomorrow, 10:00) You as a developer can choose the CMS or Framework (anything you like, as long as its open source and written in a programming language like java/php). The additional written things should be also published as opensource (under gpl or bsd-compatible license).
