apache log viewer

I want to setup a log viewer on my website so that I can tell where my vistors come from when they click on those links to my website from blogs, message boards, etc. Also those standard reports like what page they go and how many visitors a day, etc.... My site is a apahe/tomcat combo and supports perl scripts. You will work on my test server first, then after I am satisfied, I will let you install on my prod server or do it myself using your document. I also need step by step document on how this is done. Of course, you can download existing free log analysers from the web, there are tons of them. Please in your bid tell me what log reader you will use and how I am supposed to access the report (via http, run command in linux, etc.) Ideally, I can access the report anytime anywhere by a web browser. Of course, I don't want others to see the reports so some kind of password protection would be nice. An FYI, I only have ssh access to my server (text only) so dont expect I can use GUI on it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
